Q. TELL ME ABOUT THE SHIRT:
Images on the shirts are original works of art. Images are block prints that are hand carved and printed by Sarah May. The images are permanent though will fade over time. Each shirt is hand printed and created; therefore variations will occur in the images and colors (Ribbon no longer available). All shirts are pre-washed and 100% cotton. Shirt sizes run small and are a slim fit. ORDER A SIZE (or two) UP!
Q. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SHIRT?
YES! Choose the color and type of shirt. Then choose the images for the front and back of the shirt. Ink colors are based on the color and type of shirt therefore cannot be chosen. If you have a strong dislike to a certain color, indicate that on the order form. If you’d like a unique image combination or a variation not available on the order page, please email monsterinthecloset@sbcglobal.net .
Q. CAN I GET A NAME ON A SHIRT?
Personalization is on the back, lower right of tee. Cost is $5.00. The spelling of the name is taken directly from the order form. To see a sample, click here.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SHIRT(S)?
Orders will take four weeks, though we try to get them out sooner. Rush orders may incur an additional charge.
Q. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED?
YES. There is a flat fee of $5.00. We ship USPS priority mail. Shipping outside of the United States will incur an additional charge. An email will be sent to you in the event of any backorders or delays.
Q. CAN I RETURN A SHIRT BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FIT?
NO. Please err on the side of caution and order a size up. Returns will ONLY be accepted due to manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be made within 14 days of shipping date in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging). We cannot accept returns after 14 days. Personalized items and special order items are not returnable.
Shipping on returned items is non-refundable. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Email us at monsterinthecloset@sbcglobal.net. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise and include a copy of the invoice and reason for return. Use your preferred shipping method. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If any item is returned to us damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund for the item. Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. To order a different item, place the new order separately on our website.
Q. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRT?
Wash in cold or warm water, preferably inside out. Shirts may be ironed as long as a towel is used between the iron and the shirt. DO NOT use stain treatment directly on image or words.
Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Our authorized online retailer is PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay online. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed.
Privacy and Security
PayPal offers proven fraud protection to ensure safe credit card transactions online. To ensure a secure transaction, all credit card information is encrypted during transmission and then stored on a secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments. We will never share or sell your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission. We will only use your email address or phone number to contact you about your order or updates from “monster in the closet”.
